The 2003 HECA Fora Conference will explore possibilities for developing mutually-rewarding, collaborative working relationships with other organisations, professional bodies and wider local, national and international Government initiatives, whilst affirming and strengthening the invaluable existing partnerships the Network currently enjoys.
The Conference will combine an introspective and an outward-looking, inclusive vision to create an efficient, expansive and cohesive Network prepared for the most effective delivery of the environmental message into the community.
