The workshops and seminar arrangements for the National Home Energy Conference 2005 were slightly different from those of previous years. This year, there were three, one-hour workshop sessions with two repeated workshops/seminars running concurrently in every session (See below for details)
The Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes (EEPfH) also ran three different presentations, one in each session, covering various elements of the partnership’s work programme.
At the same time, running in addition to these, were twelve ‘HECA Best Practice’ Presentations (one from each HECA region), details of which are shown below. There were four of these per session, each lasting half an hour, with two presentations per workshop room.

series of workshops have been taking place around the UK aimed at disseminating the results of two key pieces of research: how to achieve successful scheme integration, and new mechanisms for promoting community sustainable energy partnerships (CSEP). The Local Authority Operational Group of the Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes has commissioned the ten workshops, which are being provided through the regional HECA fora. This workshop will not only be a re-run of these workshops, but will also be used to present findings from them.
Both pieces of research are available in the form of guidance on the Practical help website: www.practicalhelp.org.uk. For more information, contact the Practical help advisory service on 0870 241 2089, or email info@practicalhelp.org.uk.
