30 Nov 2012	Fuel Poverty: changing the framework for measurement	DECC consultation seeking views on the Government’s proposed changes to the way we measure fuel poverty in England, setting out a proposal for a new definition of fuel poverty and the implications of any change in definition for the fuel poverty target.
13 Jul 2012	HECA Guidance (not a formal consultation)	Although not a formal consultation, DECC asked various stakeholders, including the CAN Executive, to comment on the new draft guidance for the Home Energy Conservation Act.

06 Jun 2011	Hills Fuel Poverty Review - call for evidence	At the Spending Review in October 2010 the Government announced it would commission an independent review to take a fresh look at the fuel poverty target and definition. 09 Feb 2011	Amending Reference to the Warm Front Scheme Eligibility Criteria	The Government is proposing to revise the scope of the Warm Front scheme as described in UK Fuel Poverty Strategy 2001 to ensure that the help available is better targeted at those in fuel poverty or most vulnerable to it.
